Last updated:

These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile games and applications published by Gri Software (the “Apps”) and the website grisoftware.com. By downloading or using an App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the Apps; not to use cheats, bots, exploits or automation; not to interfere with advertising or with the normal operation of the Apps; and not to use the Apps for any unlawful purpose.

3. Advertising and purchases

The Apps are free and supported by advertising. Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play. Virtual items and in-game currency have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are licensed, not sold, to you. Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Apps, their code, graphics, sounds, names and logos are the property of Gri Software or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue an App or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to continue using an App.

6. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gri Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts of that country.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the revised terms.
