This Privacy Policy explains how Gri Software (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with “Osman Gazi: Uç Beyliği” (the “App”) and the website grisoftware.com. We design our products to collect as little data as possible.
1. Who we are
Gri Software is an independent developer of mobile games and applications based in Türkiye. For any privacy question you can contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we do not collect
Our Apps do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for or collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or any other directly identifying information.
3. Information stored on your device
The App stores game progress, scores, settings and your language preference locally on your device. This information is not sent to us. It is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep the App free, it shows a limited number of advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. We show ads only at natural breaks (for example between levels) and never interrupt active use. Optional “rewarded” ads are only shown when you choose to watch them.
To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process: your device’s advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and operating system information, app interaction and ad interaction data, and crash/diagnostic data. Google acts as an independent controller for this data. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google’s consent tool before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy option in the App’s settings. Without consent, only non-personalized or limited ads are served.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads), and manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
Website
When you visit our website, our server and our content-delivery and security provider Cloudflare, Inc. process technical data (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on the website. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) applies, we rely on your consent for personalized advertising, on our legitimate interest for security, fraud prevention and the operation of free, ad-supported products, and on the performance of a contract for purchases.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named in this policy (Google, Cloudflare), or where required by law.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children’s privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local EU data protection authority). California residents have the right to know and to delete, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond what is described above. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and keep the amount of data we handle to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
